Sweet home Alabama! I have so many fond memories from living in LA (Lower Alabama) 😂 and after being back down here for about a month I’m reminded why. If you look past the humidity and lack of real mountains there’s some awesome beauty here and adventure is behind every bend in the road, you just have to go find it! The people here are awesome too, so friendly and welcoming. It usually doesn’t take me long to make friends but it’s even quicker in LA! I fully believe that it’s not about the quantity of time you spend with people it’s about then quality of the that time. My life moves so fast and I’m rarely in the same place twice so I’ve learned to make an intentional effort to make real friends and invest fully in who I’m with and where I am. I’ll be heading back to the Southwest in a couple weeks and I’m excited to go home but I’ll definitely miss this experience and my new friends. Time to go take full advantage of the 2 weeks I got left! . .
